忽冷忽熱的天氣更容易忽略保養的細節 : 換季過敏危肌,這樣保養不再讓皮膚掛急診!

 

時序逐漸走入春天,氣溫也在這幾日回溫了許多,或許很多女孩跟小編一樣喜歡舒服的春季,不用像炎炎夏日濕身黏膩,更可以穿搭許多心愛的服飾單品,而且最重要的是,皮膚問題相較於冬季來說,卻多了許多!

不過,也有些人在近日開始疑惑,為什麼明明是轉季的天氣,臉上的暗瘡卻沒減少,反而有時長得更多了?其實這樣忽冷忽熱的天氣更容易讓人忽略保養的細節,以為肌膚穩定,但卻頻出狀況,別以為轉季就不會冒痘,原來忽略這兩點是你長暗瘡的最大元兇!

 

1.注意清潔

 

夏日時陽光曝曬、天氣熱所以出油量多,都會用上清潔力較強的產品與較清爽的保養,許多人都知道該把保養品換季,讓肌膚能夠獲得更多保濕,不過卻忽略了清潔品也該「換季」!

熱水洗臉加上過度清潔使皮膚失去水份,乾冷天氣皮膚會分泌更多油脂來為臉部保濕,造成外油內乾更加失調,就容易生暗瘡!

皮膚科醫師建議 : 晨間以適溫清水洗臉即可,並適度防曬,可選擇較保濕的SPF30的防曬產品。皮膚乾癢緊繃時,可使用噴霧舒緩肌膚不適!另搭配溫和的清潔產品洗臉,避免皮脂膜過度受損。

 

2.分區保養很重要

 

當冬日乾冷的時刻到來,許多女生都會急著換上一批保濕滋潤的產品護膚,不過對於混合以及油性肌的女生來說,這點就需特別注意了!

可能臉部兩頰與額頭非常乾燥,但平時易出油的 T 自區域仍然維持原貌,你卻用上了過於厚重的保養品,讓皮膚長出悶痘,這時不妨試試分開兩類保養對付不同需求的臉部肌膚,就能解決過度滋潤的暗瘡問題!

 

 

 

皮膚科醫師也建議「肌膚保養就和健康一樣,預防勝於治療」可別等到肌膚出現乾癢與皮屑症狀才開始保養!

保養品盡量簡單免得有不同成份交互作用過敏的問題,只要清潔保濕防曬做足,飲食方面則避免刺激或容易過敏的如酒精咖啡因或奶蛋類食品,避免長時間曬太陽、抽煙熬夜。魚油、益生菌、抗氧化的健康食品可以斟酌補充。
